Another Century for The Thatched House

Gameweek 2 saw a bit of a mixed quiz ranging from religion to (perhaps some may also say is a religion) Disney films. A mixed bag all round.

The Thatched House broke the 100 point barrier for the second week with a very impressive 101 points to 66 victory over the usually strong Flanagan's Army. It does seem like they are the team to beat this season.

In the closest match of the night, Kippax Legionnaires came out winners over The Vic by 71 points to 69, seeing them earn their second win and their opponents their second loss.

The Other Team, after their very commendable draw last week came unstuck against last season's Division 2 champions Carleton Grangers with an 86 to 43 point loss.

The Olde Tavern pub saw a double win with The Olde Taverners beating Kippax British Legion 69 to 44 and the Olde Tavern Allsorts coming out 73 to 61 winners against Featherstone Phoenix.

The last result saw The King's Arms get their first win beating The Golden Lion Dudes 71 to 51.

These results see five unbeaten teams with 4 of those having two wins from two. Four teams are yet to score a point this season however that will change next week as The Vic host Featherstone Phoenix.
